Parading the suspect, the Kebbi state leader Musa Bala divulged that, the arrest was effected following an idea off from members of the general public who reported the incestuous affair “we parade prior to you a 40 year old father Aminu Bello who presumably raped his 13 year old child Hafsat in Badariya location Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi state”.

The NSCDC chief who explained the serve as the greatest immorality, stated that his command will continue to apprehend and expose the bad elements in the society.

The command’s spokes person DSC Akeema Babatunde Adeyemi, mentioned that investigations are on going on the matter after which the suspect will be arraigned before the court for prosecution.

He advised neighbours and members of the general public to put eyes on suspicious motions and/or acts that are likely to degenerate into heinous crime.

He included that Kebbi command will not sleep on its obligation to nib in the bud all criminal components in the state.
