According to reports, the 25-year old woman, Rebecca Nicodemus has now been arraigned prior to Akure Magistrates’ Court in Ondo state, for the murder of her co-wife, Precious Nicodemus over s #x turns with their partner.

The implicated confessed to the criminal offense however pleaded not guilty and explained that she never meant to kill the deceased.

“I wed my other half, Paul Nicodemus. I concerned Ondo State in January 2022 and we were leaving in the very same home, I’m a farmer and we have been relating together in harmony along with the deceased.

“On that eventful day, my partner was earlier with me in the living-room but needed to excuse himself on the pretext that we were not complimentary to continue with our lovemaking.

Nevertheless, her plea was not taken but the prosecution made an oral application to remand the accused in prison custody pending the result of guidance from the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).

In his ruling, Magistrate Damilola Sekoni, bought the remand of the implicated person in authorities custody and adjourned the case till February 22, 2022, for ruling on remand application.
