No immigration record of Nnamdi Kanu’s departure– Kenyan govt files document in court

The Kenyan federal government has disclosed that there is no Immigration record of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, departing the country after his arrival on 12th May 2021.

It divulged this in an Affidavit “prepared and filed” by the Kenyan Attorney-General and deposed to in Nairobi, Kenya on 10th February 2022.

In the Affidavit, the Government of Kenya connected Kanu’s arrival and departure record from Kenya from 17th July 2019 to 12th May 2022 when he last got in the nation.
