Bill to establish Solid Minerals Development Bank passes second reading

“The bank will also support medium and long-term financing, with the period of as much as 10 years and a moratorium of as much as 18 months which will enable customers in the sectors to have a longer period to repay the loans from the Solid Minerals Development Bank unlike the deposit money or commercial banks”

Addressing worries of hijacking the bank by the elite at an interview with the Senate Press Corps, Oseni insisted that it would not be company as typical, while he urged the youths to mobilise themselves into the development of mineral resources so that they can gain from the special finance organization once it begins stream.
