Nnamdi Kanu’s Supporters Clash With Security Operatives at Abuja Court
Nnamdi Kanu There was turmoil at the Federal High Court in Abuja on Tuesday after fans of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra encountered security operatives.
According to Punch, throughout the clash, the advocates continued shouting, “Holy Holy Holy, Nnamdi Kanu is another saviour”.
Kanu is currently being arraigned at the Federal High Court over some changed charges levelled against him by the Federal Government.
This is as the lead counsel for the IPOB leader, Ifeanyi Ejiofor, on Tuesday, revealed Mike Ozekhome (SAN) as the leader of the defence group for Kanu, whose trial resumed today prior to Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court in Abuja.
Some reporters who arrived at the court to cover the procedures were also barred from accessing the court property.
