Lagos NURTW, MC Oluomo withdraw from national body after suspension

Musiliu Akinsanya, commonly referred to as MC Oluomo, has actually withdrawn from the National Union of Road Transport Workers(NURTW).

The Lagos Chairman revealed on Thursday that he and the state chapter were leaving the nationwide body.

He urged Governor Sanwo-Olu to take control of the running of the union with the constitution of a park Management Committee for motor garages and parks.

Oluomo said this would make sure peace and harmony, pending the determination of the matter.

The NURTW had actually suspended him for “insubordination and misconduct”, and prompting members against chieftains.
