NBTE drags Mangal to Appeal Court over Abuja residential or commercial property

The National Board for Technical Education(NBTE ), the regulative body of the Nigerian polytechnics, has dragged Messr D. B. Mangala Limited, an Abuja firm to the Court of Appeal, over a home located on Plot 445 Maitama, Abuja.

Professor Idris Bugaje, Executive Secretary of the Board, in a declaration on Tuesday, explained that NBTE had actually directed its attorneys to instantly file an appeal against the judgement of the Federal High Court, sitting in Abuja that ruled in favour of Mangal over the matter.

He worried that the appeal of the judicial system is that a celebration that is not satisfied with the choice of a court, can seek redress or remedy for a greater court.
