Likewise, he thanked the management of the different secondary schools that released their trainees for the seminar, the symposium guest speakers, teachers and trainees of the Benue State University Makurdi and Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University Makurdi for going to the occasion.

Dr. Sylvester Ugbegili of History Department, Benue State University Makurdi, who presented a paper entitled history of the development and advancement of Benue State given that 1976, took the youths through memory lane, keeping in mind that leaders of the state both past and present have actually done their best in ensuring its development.
