Jail Official Defiles 13-year-old Mentally Challenged Girl In Adamawa

Bello supposedly drew the small with N50 prior to taking her into his apartment near the Yolde-Pate correctional facility in the Yola South Local Government Area of the state, where he presumably defiled her.
Confirming the occurrence, the spokesperson for the Adamawa State police command, DSP Suleiman Nguroje, stated Bello remains in cops custody in connection with the criminal offense.
“Investigation into the matter has started,” Nguroje stated
