Aloy Ejimakor, Special Counsel to Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has actually reacted to the fresh charge against the Biafra agitator.

Ejimakor said the fresh charge against Kanu was a workout in futility.

Talking To DAILY POST, the counsel described the charge filed at the eve of Kanu’s resumed trial as a “dilatory techniques.”

The Federal Government had actually submitted a fresh terrorism charge against Kanu, ahead of his resumed trial on Tuesday.

In the changed procedure it submitted before the Federal High Court in Abuja, the federal government increased the counts in the preliminary charge it preferred against Kanu.

The IPOB leader was facing a seven-count treasonable felony charge before Justice Binta Nyako-led Federal High Court.
