The General Overseer of the New Generation Bible Church International, Arch-bishop Godwin Imuetiyan Elomobor, has passed away aged 66.

A statement from the church stated the cleric died previously in the week after an extended health problem and will be buried next week.

The statement read, “It is with appreciation to God and with heaviness of hearts that we announce the wonderful shift of our beloved daddy in the Lord, Arch-bishop Godwin Imuetiyan Elomobor, the General Overseer of the New Generation Bible Church Int.

“He was aged 66 and passed on to splendor on Saturday, 8th of January, 2022(about 5pm Nigerian time) 10am in Tulsa, USA after a drawn-out disease.

“As we grieve the departure of our dear dad, we covet your prayers for the Elomobor family and the New Generation Bible Church, worldwide.

“Goodnight God’s basic, Arch-bishop Godwin Imuetiyan Elomobor.”

The Church said his burial plan has been set up to hold starting from January Friday, 21st with main funeral occurring on Saturday, 22, 2021 at Flora service home, Oklahoma, USA.

The church’s declaration stated the bishop is survived by his loving other half, Rev (Mrs) Anthonia Oyebola Elomobor and his children.
