Suspected outlaws have abducted a security operative in the Rigachikun neighborhood of Igabi Local Government Area of Kaduna State. The stern-looking shooters, who attacked the neighborhood on Wednesday early morning, abducted other citizens.

A local in the location, Alhaji Shehu Madaki, told DAILYPOST that outlaws stormed the community near to Kasan Dam around 1 am on Wednesday early morning.

According to him, the gunmen shot sporadically as they ran for hours undisputed.

He added that the community could not sleep due to gunshot sounds that lasted for minutes.

“Four individuals were abducted, including a security operative, who deals with us in the community,” he said.

As of the time of composing this report, neither the state federal government nor the authorities had responded to the incident.

The spokesman of the Kaduna State Police Command, ASP Mohammed Jalige, didn’t answer the calls and text messages to his phone.
