The Federal Character Commission (FCC) has stated that it is not recruiting.

FCC made the revelation on Thursday as it alerted applicants not to fall under the trap of scammers.

Chairman of FCC, Dr Muheeba Dankaka, said this in a declaration released by the commission’s Director of Public Affairs and Communications, Dr Chuks Okoli, on Thursday in Abuja.

Dankaka disclaimed the reports of the supposed continuous recruitment at the commission, using his Facebook account.

“The commission has actually kept in mind, with dismay, a circulating phony Facebook account, purported to belong to the Executive Chairman of FCC, Dr Muheeba Dankaka.

“The operators of the fake Facebook account declared that staff recruitment is ongoing at FCC,” he said.

Dankaka contacted the public to keep in mind that he had no Facebook account which no staff recruitment was ongoing at the commission.

“Please be assisted and have absolutely nothing to do with the scammers,” she stated
