Former West Ham United supervisor, Stuart Pearce has informed Manchester United they did not be worthy of a 1-1 draw with Atletico Madrid in the first leg of their Champions League last-16 tie in Madrid.

The former Premier League star believes Ralf Rangnick’s group were really bad throughout the video game and deserved to return to England defeated.

Substitute, Anthony Elanga scored a late equaliser for United, with the Swedish youngster cancelling out Joao Felix’s great first-half header.

Manchester United were fortunate not to have actually conceded more than one goal in the first half as they were void of concepts throughout most of the game and struggled to develop chances.
