Gunmen Strike Again In Abuja, Kill One, Abduct Monarch’s Son

According to Daily Trust, the man conveying the kidnapped monarch’s boy on a bike, Kabiru Sani, was shot dead while attempting to get away.

File photo Daily Trust reports that Junaidu Danjuma, the son of the conventional ruler of Gwombe neighborhood, Gwargwada chiefdom in the Kuje area council of Abuja, His Royal Highness (HRH) Danjuma Maji Jangaba, has actually been abducted by kidnappers.

According to Daily Trust, the man conveying the abducted king’s boy on a bike, Kabiru Sani, was shot dead while trying to leave.

Eleven villagers, including the spouse of a Vice Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Mrs Asabe Mohammed Koriya, were recently abducted in the same location.

A resident of Gwombe, just recognized as Salihu, stated the occurrence happened around 5:23 pm when the kidnappers, wielding advanced weapons, barricaded the Gwargwada-Gwombe Road.

He said the standard ruler’s boy was returning from a neighbouring town, Rubochi, on a motorbike, when the abductors all of a sudden appeared on the roadway.

“It was upon spotting the abductors that the man who was communicating the chief’s son on a motorcycle attempted to leave, which made the kidnappers to open fire and eliminate him quickly, while they whisked away the chief’s kid,” he stated.

The Agabe of Gwargwada-Ugbada, His Royal Highness (HRH) Alhaji Hussein Agabi Mam, confirmed the abduction of the boy of Gwombe village chief.
