EPL: Ian Wright snubs Arsenal, Man Utd, names club to complete in fourth location

Arsenal legend, Ian Wright has tipped West Ham to end up in 4th location ahead of Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur.

Wright made this forecast despite the Gunners’ 1-0 win at Wolves on Thursday.

Gabriel Magalhaes scored the only objective as Arsenal moved into 5th place with 39 points, one less than West Ham.

Nevertheless, Mikel Arteta’s males have played two games less.

Still, Wright feels the Hammers will get the last Champions League area.

“‘That was a very, very good efficiency in aspects of digging in and getting a result and now all Arsenal need to do is continue what they’re doing, nick a couple of more objectives and see if you can stay among it.

“There are individuals who are slipping up and that’s all you can do. Simply win your games, if it’s 1-0 then it’s 1-0. If you go somewhere and you’re betting the groups around you, as long as you do not lose, you remain amongst it and that’s all Arsenal have to do now,” Wright told Premier League Productions.

When asked which club is favourite to protect the fourth position, he responded: “I’ll say West Ham are favourites due to the fact that West Ham are best there.”
