Area Council surveys: Free movement in Abuja as cops cancel prepared constraint

The Federal Capital Territory(FCT)Police Command of the Nigeria Police has revealed totally free motion in Abuja on Saturday, February 12.

The command had actually earlier announced constraint of motion within the FCT over the Area Council Election set up to take place on Saturday.

A statement signed by the FCT Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Josephine, Adeh directed members of the general public to go about their routine services without fear.

“Consequently, members of the public are thus encouraged to go about their normal genuine businesses without the fear of harassment or molestation of any kind from any quarters.”

“Members of the general public and homeowners of the FCT are ensured of the provision of water tight security before, during and after the election, urging members of the general public to come out in their numbers to elect prospects of their choice.”
