Four Abducted UNIPORT Students Regain Freedom

According to a report by The PUNCH, about 4 students of the University of Port Harcourt, who were kidnapped over the weekend, have actually restored their liberty.

Reports suggest that the students were returning from the Ahoada area of Rivers State prior to their abductors struck.

Kpenu hinted that while the Vice-Chancellor of the university, Professor Owunari Georgewill, received the 4 students in his workplace, he (the VC) commended the guys of the Nigerian Police Force, the Chief Security Officer of the University and his guys and the entire security firms of Rivers and Bayelsa states for their timely and prompt intervention which resulted in the flexibility of the students.

We sympathise with you for what you went through at the hands of your kidnappers. We are pleased to notify the general public that 2 PhD students and two undergraduates, who were abducted, have regained their flexibility.
