Chinedu Okoro Security operatives in Rivers State have actually nabbed a 23-year-old guy with a

fresh human head. The physically challenged man identified as Chinedu Okoro was apprehended by operatives of ONELGA Security Peace and Advisory Council, OSPAC, for supposedly beheading a woman and taking her head for alleged ritual.

It is reported that the suspect who is deaf was collared on Saturday, January 15, with a bag containing the victim’s head in Omoku, Rivers State.

He has since been turned over to the police for additional investigation.
