The Commandant of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Osun State Command, Emmanuel Ocheja has charged personnel of the command to promote high ethical, ethical pedigree and professionalism in the discharge of their statutory projects and interaction with the members of the public.
