Abuja Policemen Chase Away Grieving Parents Who Went To Report Stolen Baby At Station

The missing kid According to a report by SaharaReporters, there was drama at the Jikwoyi division of the Federal Capital Territory Police Command in Abuja on Friday after some policemen chased away a couple, Raymond and Nkechi Onwudiachi, the mourning parents of a one-year-old boy, Fabulous, who was taken by a yet-to-be-identified suspect.

SaharaReporters discovered that the female policeman, who supervises of the case together with her colleagues whose names might not be ascertained as sometimes of this report, embarrassed the couple and asked to be bundled out of the properties for bringing reporters to the station over their missing child.

The kids were said to been confronted while on their way by a male who pretended to be their daddy’s good friend who used them cash to buy biscuits and took away the child from them, saying he was sent out by their daddy.

In attempt by the children to confirm the accuracy of the claim by the unusual guy and if really he was sent out by their daddy, they hurriedly rushed back to their daddy’s store which was directly opposite the grandmother’s home, leaving behind the infant with the strange man.

Upon their arrival at the store they narrated what transpired but the daddy denied sending anyone to give them money or gather infant from them.

At this moment the father became upset, sensing that there was a problem as he quickly hurried to notify his other half in her shop and asked the children to take them to the location where it took place.

The matter was said to be reported at the Jikwoyi Police station.

The distraught moms and dads who have yet to come to terms with the truth of the tragic occurrence on Friday took the photos of the baby to the police station but met more than what they anticipated as the law enforcement officer embarrassed and chased them away for coming with reporters to the station.

Some journalists who desired to get the reaction of the cops on the matter after they talked to the daddy of the child were likewise gone after away and even threatened with arrest.

The couple tried in vain to describe to the officers that they were the ones who asked the reporters to come so that the police would confirm the incident to them.
