Osun: We produced N3.4 m in 2021- NSCDC

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, Osun State Command, has stated it created N3.4 million through issuance and renewal of license of personal guard business by the Private Guard Control Department of the corps, to name a few.

This is as the command honoured exceptional officers for their good performance in the year 2021.

The Commandant of NSCDC in the state, Ocheja Emmanuel, presented the awards to the officers in Osogbo, the state capital on Monday.

In a chat with the NSCDC media officer, Atanda Olabisi, stated the honour was suggested to encourage hardworking and dedicated officers not to rest on their oars.

The Commandant assured to do more, most significantly, in the area of personnel welfare, as he equally advised officers to cooperate with him in attaining a progressive command.

However, he warned officers to desist from acts that weaken the development of the corps, stressing that any officer caught in any act of indiscipline will be dealt with accordingly.

Atanda stated the command remains committed to the requireds of the corps to ensure the security of life and property of obedient residents.
