Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has announced the death of three COVID-19 patients in the state.

FCTA made the confirmation in a tweet on Sunday.

It also confirmed that it recorded 207 new cases of the deadly disease.

It said a total of 6486 patients have been discharged and 91 persons have died of the disease in the State.

“207 new cases, 3 death in the FCT.

“Summary of #COVID19FCT as at December 19th, 2020.

“Total number of confirmed cases: 9515. Total number of active cases: 2938

“Total discharged: 6486. Deaths recorded: 91

“Residents are urged to #TakeResponsibility to #StaySafe.”

Meanwhile, Nigeria recorded a total of 920 new cases of COVID-19 in the country.

The country now has 77,933 confirmed cases.

67,784 patients have been discharged and 1,218 have died.
