Court Arraigns Man For Hurling Insults At Police Officers
Samuel Omondi A male has been arraigned prior to a Kisumu court for insulting some law enforcement officer in Kenya.Samuel Omondi
who was charged with attack and resisting arrest to name a few, was arraigned before Winam Law Courts Senior Principal Magistrate R.M Wahanda.Omondi was likewise accused of attacking Samuel Okhako and officers who did not appear in court, causing them actual physical damage contrary to area 251 of the penal code.
