Super Eagles winger, Samuel Chukwueze, has said he desires Nigeria to remember him after the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations(AFCON)competition in Cameroon. Chukwueze, who scored his very first goal at the 2021 AFCON against Sudan, stated this ahead of Nigeria’s final Group D fixture against Guinea-Bissau on Wednesday.

He discussed that he does not miss his club, Villarreal, including that his focus is to win his very first AFCON with the Super Eagles.

“For now, I don’t miss my club, I am just concentrating on my nation,” the 22-year-old told Brila television.

“I require to do everything possible for them to win the prize.

“I have won a prize for my club, so I want to win a trophy for my nation, also so that they will remember me.”
