They will not be enabled to sell any more tickets, implying just season ticket holders can go to video games for the foreseeable future.

No player transfers or new agreements can be negotiated.

Chelsea will continue to receive television broadcast payments and prize money.

The licence to continue running will last up until May 31. But it can be “different, revoked or suspended” at any time.

If the club were to wind up in administration, they would get a nine point penalty.
