Two teenagers have narrated how they killed their neighbour’s 8-year-old son, Raheem Bamimore.

This comes after cops in Oyo State jailed the 2 teenage brothers, Waliu Abd Razaq and Iliaz Abdul Razaq along with their dad, AbdulRasaq Padun.

They were implicated of abduction and murder.

The young boy who was stated missing last Friday afternoon, March 4, 2022, in Saki town, was found dead in an uncompleted structure along Ogbooro roadway, in Al-Barka location on Sunday, March 6.

It was gathered that Raheem returned home from school around 12:30 pm on that fateful Friday, dropped his knapsack and rushed out.

His parents had declared him missing after he didn’t return home.

“They stated they had actually thought that maybe he forgot something at school however he never returned house,” a source said.

According to the deceased’s twin sibling, they were currently at the gate of their moms and dad’s house, when some people in the area beckoned to his bro for a discussion prior to he participated in your home.

After body of the boy was found, locals made a distress signal to Amotekun Corps operatives who apprehended the suspects on Monday, March 7.

Among the suspects, AbdulRasaq upon interrogation admitted that they had the intent of kidnapping AbdulRaheem to get money from his dad, by drawing him to a structure.

During interrogation, Iliaz Abdul Razaq, among the suspects stated: “We prepared to kidnap him and require ransom from the departed Father due to the fact that he’s abundant. My sibling, Waliu Abd Razaq lured him to one uncompleted structure with a mango. Since he’s still a minor, I told him to launch him. Waliu disregarded me and informed me that he can’t launch him due to the fact that he already saw his face. So, after a long time, he later on gave Raheem rat poison and killed him.”

Some concerned citizens have stormed the Police station in Saki requiring for justice. However, some unknown mob got into the police headquarters in camouflage and joined the protesters.

The D.P.O, Mr. Oluyinka Oluokun Kolawolale area 2 divisional headquarter, Saki, in an interview with Jfm 95.5 news correspondent said the mob were preparing to set the station and ruin ablaze.

The scenario was managed by the Nigerian Army, Policemen and Amotekun without any killings and also included that he will make sure that the wrongdoers of this horrific criminal activity be brought to justice.
