A Madrid court on Thursday declared former Barcelona striker, Samuel Eto’o, as the biological daddy of a 22-year-old Spanish female, Erika Do Rosario Nieves.

Eto’o stated himself in absentia and did not address the proof presented against him in court.

This has been shown to EFE by legal representative Fernando Osuna, who was in charge of the legal representation of Nieves’ suit in 2018.

Nieves’ mother and Eto’o fulfilled, according to the suit, in a Madrid bar in 1997, when the Cameroon legend was on loan at Leganes.

The mom divulged that, during the pregnancy, she tried to interact with the former Chelsea enemy, however he did not answer her call or emails.

She provided biological evidence that supported her testament, which made the judge admit the claim, although Eto’o never fulfilled the court’s requirements.

Eto’o must now pay Nieves 1,400 euros monthly, consisting of retroactive payments since the lawsuit was submitted.
