Mr Emeka Nwogbo, a personnel of the Arise and Shine Nursery and Primary School, Delta state implicated of flogging a 19-month-old baby to death has stated that the child did not pass away by his hands.

Speaking to newsmen after a delegation of the state government visited the state authorities command today, Emeka said he flogged the late Obinna ‘like an infant’ and that the child was beaten due to the fact that he pressed another child.

The state police commissioner, CP Ari Muhammed Ali, states a post mortem will be carried out to determine the cause of death of the deceased child.Watch a video of the implicated instructor speaking listed below;
