Police detain Lagos tricycle owners’ leader, others heading to combat NURTW

The Rapid Response Squad (RRS) of Lagos State Police Command has actually jailed a Tricycle Owners and Operators Association of Nigeria (TOOAN) leader, Azeez Abiola.
