A lawyer in Ekiti State, Sule Adedayo Longe has apparently been abducted by shooters in Ijesa-Isu axis of Ikole Ekiti.

A statement by one of his relatives said the gunmen also abducted an unspecified variety of passengers from a commercial car on the route.

Longe who had represented Ekiti East Constituency 11 at the Ekiti State House of Assembly, during the first regard to Governor Ayodele Fayose was travelling from Omuo-Oke to Ado Ekiti for a case at the court on Wednesday when he was stopped and taken out of his automobile by the shooters.

His location according to his family is still unknown at the time of filing this report.

His car which was left on the roadway has been pulled by member of the family but all his lines are presently turned off.
