Portuguese coach, Jose Peseiro has forecasted the result of the semi-final clash between Cameroon and Egypt at the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations. The host nation, Cameroon, fulfill Egypt in the 2nd game of the semi-finals on Thursday and Peseiro, who is awaiting the Nigeria Football Federation’s choice on his position as Super Eagles coach, said he expects an amazing clash when both teams face each other at the Olembe Stadium.

While Egypt beat neighbours, Morocco, to reach this phase, Cameroon has gone unbeaten in the competition, defeating Equatorial Guinea in the quarter-finals.

“Egypt vs Cameroon will be a remarkable game, Cameroon are hosts, they have that advantage, however as you know, Egypt have an extremely strong group as well,” Peseiro was quoted by Kingfut.com.

“The team that makes fewer errors will win the game. I hope Egypt can put on a great program, like the one they put on in the quarter-finals.”

He went on to point out that the Pharaohs have an arranged group with their coach Carlos Queiroz doing a terrific job.

“When you have a superstar like Mohamed Salah on your group, you need to talk to him, he must be your way to establish a connection with the other players, especially when he’s the nationwide group captain.”

Senegal have currently booked their place in the final after beating Burkina Faso 3-1 in the first semi-final of the competition.
