NASS Transmits Electoral Bill to President Buhari For Assent
The National Assembly has sent the Electoral Act (Amendment) Bill to the President for assent.
The expense was sent on Monday January 31 to President Muhammadu Buhari for assent by the Clerk to the National Assembly, Arch. Olatunde Amos Ojo, a source informed The Nation.
It is nevertheless unsure if the President would assent to the reworked Bill.
This is coming in the middle of report of Governors not moring than happy with the new amends, and preparing to dominate on the President not to sign it.
