Some unknown individuals have killed a married lesbian couple from Texas.

According to Dailymail, the couple were tortured and shot dead before their bodies were dismembered and left in 2 trash can.

The females have been recognized as Nohemí Medina Martínez and Yulizsa Ramírez, both aged 28, of El Paso, according to the Chihuahua State Office of the Attorney General.

The bags containing their bodies were discovered about 17 miles apart from each other on a stretch of Juárez-El Porvenir Road Sunday morning, January 16 on streets in the Mexican border town of Ciudad Juárez.

One of the bodies remained in the San Agustín community and the other was discovered at the entrance of the Jesus Carranza town in what authorities believe to be a homophobic fueled crime.

Mexican newspaper El Diario reported that they were checking out family members in Ciudad Juárez but the relative last saw the couple on Saturday.

It is still unclear how long the couple had actually remained in Mexico. The two lived however were mexican people in Texas.

They wed in 2021 and were moms to 3 children.

‘The concern is that authorities will definitely do nothing,’ Chihuahua Committee for Sexual Diversity director Karen Arvizo stated to DailyMail.com.

‘We feel like we are treated like second-class citizens and that we really don’t matter.’

On Monday, Ciudad Juárez authorities discovered the bodies of 2 other females at a crossway in the Patria-Zaragoza community. They likewise had been tortured and shot. They have not been identified.

Among the victims was stated dead at the scene. The other died at a regional medical facility from a gunshot injury.

If the four murders are connected, it’s unknown. The examination is ongoing.
