The Peoples Democratic Party(PDP)has constituted the Ward Congresses Electoral Appeal Committee for Ekiti State.

The team will hear appeals that originated from the conduct of the Ad-hoc Ward Congresses.

This is part of preparations for the governorship election that would be hung on Saturday June 18.

On Wednesday, National Organising Secretary, Umar Bature, stated the committee is chaired by ex-National Chairman, Okwesilieze Nwodo.

Musa Elayo is the Secretary. Members are ex-Governor Ibrahim Dankwambo, ex-Minister Kema Chikwe, Dr Esther Uduehi and Kingsley Chukwu.

The exercise is scheduled for Thursday January 20 at the NWC Hall, Wadata Plaza, Abuja.

“All petitions and issues are to be submitted at the National Secretariat, Wadata Plaza, Abuja,” Bature added.
