Manchester United: Garth Crooks knocks Cristiano Ronaldo over ‘irritating’ behaviour

Former Manchester United gamer, Garth Crooks has actually slammed Cristiano Ronaldo for questioning his teammates’ mindset.

Ronaldo had contacted his Man United teammates to raise their video game and secure a top-three finish in an interview with Sky Sports.

The Portugal captain also recommended that the club’s younger players are having a hard time to accept criticism behind the scenes.

Responding to the development, Crooks branded Ronaldo as Prima donna, irritating, including that the Portugal captain should be taking a look at his own behaviour instead.

“Manchester United interim boss Ralf Rangnick wants his gamers to hold each other to account after Cristiano Ronaldo questioned their mindset,” Crooks told BBC Sport.

“Ronaldo has revealed issue about the mindset of some of his colleagues and suggested it requires to be much better for United to be successful this term.

“I couldn’t concur more and it must begin with him. Ever since he returned to Old Trafford, the Portuguese global has acted like a prima donna.

“He might be the star of the show, but the constant waving of his hands in the air when events don’t go his method is an indication that the crowd’s groans and groans concerning [Manchester] United’s failures are all down to his teammates and nothing to do with him is irritating.”

On the other hand, Ronaldo is Man United’s top scorer this season.

The 36-year-old star has netted 14 objectives in 22 looks for Ralf Rangnick’s side up until now this term.
