Three teenage boys have actually been arraigned before an Ikeja Chief Magistrates’ Court for supposedly gang-r * ping a 15-year-old lady at a hotel in Akowonjo, on December 25, 2021.

The authorities in Lagos have arraigned three teenage kids prior to an Ikeja Chief Magistrates’ Court for supposedly gang-raping a 15-year-old woman at a hotel in Akowonjo, a residential area in the state on December 25, 2021.

The kids identified as Pelumi Osho, 17; Oluwafemi Shobayo, 17, and Victor Elijah, 17, who all live in Akowonjo, Lagos State, are facing a two-count charge of conspiracy and rape to which they pleaded not guilty.The Prosecutor,

ASP. Victor Eruada, told the court that the defendants dedicated the offenses with some others still at big. The district attorney discussed that the offenders enticed the victim to the hotel and gang-r * ped her without her permission.

“The case was reported to the cops and the defendants were jailed,” the district attorney stated

According to the prosecutor, the offenses contravene Sections 411 and 260 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.

The Chief Magistrate, Mr Lateef Owolabi, gave all the offenders bail in the sum of N500, 000 with two sureties in like amount. Owolabi stated the sureties must be gainfully employed with evidence of 2 years’ tax payment to the Lagos State government.The matter was then adjourned until Feb. 15, for mention. ToriNG
