< img src="https://eyewitness101.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/breaking-oyo-monarch-10-others-to-face-terrorism-charges-in-abuja-today.jpg" class="ff-og-image-inserted" > A conventional ruler in Oyo State, Oba Solomon Akinola, will today at the Federal High Court in Abuja be arraigned on 12 counts of terrorism charges.

He will be prosecuted in addition to 10 of his high chiefs comprising Sunday Aderinto, Samson Ogunmola Timothy Adewale Aderinto, Jimoh Asimiyu, Segun Gbadebo and Oluwole Ogundeji.

Other high chiefs to face the terrorism trial are Akintaro Mathew Piamo, Rafiu Ganiyu, Adejare Adeleru and Zacheus Adeleru.

Inspector General of Police filed the terrorism charges against them and they will be arraigned prior to Justice Egwuatu Obiora in Abuja this morning.

The criminal charges stumbled upon by DAILY POST suggested that the defendants supposedly attacked Aagba Community in Oyo State and kidnapped 3 people in addition to inflicting various degrees of injuries on their victims.
