Ten individuals have lost their lives in a car crash that took place at Hakayafi town between Rimin Zayan and Nabordo on the Bauchi-Jos highway on Thursday afternoon.

Details of the fatal mishap is still sketchy, DAILY POST collected it happened about 1:30 pm and involved a Hummer bus and a Sienna vehicle coming in the opposite instructions.

It was learnt that the vehicles had a head-on collision, leading to among them bursting in flames.

A few of the victims of the crash were stated to have actually been caught in the flames and were burnt to death.

The Bauchi State Sector of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) is yet to talk about the mishap since the time of filing this report.
