EPL: Arsenal verify striker has left for another English club
Arsenal on Wednesday confirmed that Folarin Balogun has left the club to join Middlesbrough on loan.
Balogun will stay with the Championship side up until the end of this season.
The 20-year-old has been at the club since he was 10 and signed a new long-term deal last season.
Balogun has actually continued to impress this season, with 15 goals from his 14 appearances in the PL2 and EFL Trophy during the campaign up until now.
Qualified for Nigeria, USA and England, Flo has represented the latter as much as under-21 level.
“Everyone at the club wishes Folarin all the best throughout his time with Middlesbrough.
“The loan is subject to the completion of regulative procedures,” the declaration included.
