The Super Eagles of Nigeria opened their AFCON project with a 1-0 win against Egypt.

Responding, Ezekwesili on Tuesday compared the win of Super Eagles to a teachable minute for practical minds.

She called for an event of Super Eagles players for beating Mohammed Salah’s team in their very first video game.

In a post on her Twitter page, she said “Let’s commemorate the fruit of fielding a qualified football group tonight.

“This sweet win by an extremely competent assemblage of @NGSuperEagles players is certainly a teachable minute for sensible minds.

“Congratulations folks.”
