Arrest Miyetti Allah President over claims of Fulani owning Nigeria lands – Omokri to Buhari
The Pro-chancellor and chairman, Governing Board University of Calabar, (Unical) in Cross Rivers State and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Senator Nkechi Nwogu is saddened on the passage of Eze Benard Enweremadu.
Senator Nwaogu expressed huge shock over the demise of the revered monarch, adding that the death had created a huge vacuum that no one can fill except by the divine intervention of God.
The Pro-chancellor, who spoke in a condolence message made available to newsmen in Umuahia, on Sunday, said Enweremadu died at a turbulent time when Abia State, Igbo land and Nigeria needed his elderly advice.
DAILY POST, on Saturday, reported that a foremost traditional ruler in Nigeria and Eze Ukwu of Ngwa land, Eze Dr Bernard Enweremadu passed on at the age of 77.
Announcing the death of the foremost traditional ruler in Ngwa Ukwu in Isialangwa North LGA, the eldest son and former Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Prince Christopher Enweremadu said his father died on the 17th of January at the age of 77.
Recall that late Eze Bernard Enweremadu became a traditional ruler at the age of 33.
According to the Pro-chancellor in her condolence message, “the contributions of our highly respected Monarch is very conspicuous and will be greatly be missed by the Good people of Abia State, Nigeria as a country and the World globally.
“The death of the septuagenarian and traditional institution of culture and tradition is a twilight at dawn and one death too many. He Is Not Dead. I cannot say, and I will not say that he is dead. He is just away. With a cheery smile, and a wave of the hand.
