Sanwo-Olu indications Lagos laws on real estate deals, dangerous pets

Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Monday, offered his assent

to 3 costs. The bills signed at the State House were gone by the House of Assembly in 2021. Sanwo-Olu stated his action will boost excellent administration, improve governance and move Lagos State towards a more organised society.

The first law controls realty transactions; the second demands required registration of cooperative societies.

The third regulates ownership, licensing and sales of family pets and restricts people from keeping unsafe animals as pets.

Sanwo-Olu hailed Lagos Speaker, Mudashiru Obasa and the legislators for their work.

“We will continue to ensure that our citizens are getting great governance which rely on federal government is additional deepened,” he guaranteed.
