Nigeria interim coach, Augustine Eguavoen has told his players not to stop winning ahead of the knockout stages.

The Super Eagles qualified as Group D winners with the optimum points.

They will now deal with the best third-placed team from Groups B, E or F in the Round of 16.

The three-time champions are already seen as favourites to win the prize again, alongside hosts Cameroon.

For Eguavoen, he is keen on taking it one video game at a time.

“I would state we take it video game after video game. We respect our challengers but we go full blast and attempt to get maximum points.

“First of all, the objective is, ‘Don’t lose the video game.’

“And then after that we can try to get the objectives to win,” Eguavoen said after the 2-0 win over Guinea-Bissau on Wednesday.
